Cabin rules
- When booking, the cabin rules were confirmed as read and accepted.
- Glomstua is rented to adults, responsible people.
- Smoking in the cabin is not allowed.
- The cabin must be left tidy and cleaned according to the notice in the cabin. All garbage, empty bottles and newspapers must be taken away.
- Please do not leave any food you brought with you, including dry food or drinks.
- The tenant can optionally order a cleaning service for an additional fee of NOK 1500. The amount is paid directly to the cabin owner at the latest upon arrival. The cabin must still be left tidy, ref. the point above.
- Dogs are only allowed by prior agreement with the cabin owner. If permission is given, the cabin must be cleaned extra thoroughly. If a cleaning service is ordered, a surcharge must be expected in the price.
- The daily price applies to 7 people, which is the maximum number of people who can stay overnight in the cabin.
- Renting Glomstua for parties/events must be approved in advance by the landlord.
- Long-term rental is possible with other conditions for private individuals and companies. If necessary, contact the cabin owner for an offer.
- Defects and any damage must be reported to the owner as soon as possible

Insurance: The landlord has insured the house for fire and foreseeable damage coverage including natural damage, buildings and contents. The tenant is responsible for having travel insurance and other insurance for their property, personal belongings and personal injuries during their stay.
- NOTE – NOTE – Important when using a wood stove.The wood stove and chimney in the cabin cannot withstand the use of wood briquettes made of pressed sawdust. If this happens, both the wood stove and chimney can be damaged due to the intense heat from the wood briquettes.

- Cleaning and cleaning of the cabin Glomstua In order for it to be pleasant for the next guest to come here, it is important that the cabin is cleaned and properly cleaned upon departure.
- Checklist upon departure:
- Only use suitable cleaning agents in the cabin. These are purchased by the tenant themselves. Kivi in Røros is open every day until 11 pm all week. Use new/clean cloths, hot water, soap when cleaning. Disposable cloths are thrown in the trash, not in the toilet. Rubber gloves and other cloths you brought with you are taken home.
- Take all food and drinks you brought home, including dry goods.
- Take all garbage, including newspapers/magazines and empty containers, and throw them in containers that are placed along the main road either towards Trondheim or towards Røros - cabin containers for garbage and source sorting
- Vacuum clean all floors, including under beds, sofas, tables and chairs
- Dry/wash all surfaces with water and soap.
- Shake out smaller doormats/rugs and rugs.
- Empty the outdoor grill and wash it.
- Hang washcloths etc. over the washing machine door, so everyone knows they have been used. You are allowed to wash the rags. If necessary, empty the condensation water in the dryer.
- If an accident occurs on bed covers, please wash them. These can be hung on the drying rack so that the new user of the cabin understands that the covers are clean.
- Kitchen
- All dishes must be taken out and put back in the cabinets and drawers.
- Clean the refrigerator of any food debris and other things.
- Wash/dry the stove with oven and microwave and the fan above the stove
- Wash kitchen counters and tables, as well as door/cupboard door handles
- If tableware or other objects are broken, they must be replaced. Buy new ones as similar as possible before leaving the cabin.
- Unplug the coffee maker and tea maker
- WC/Bathroom
- Wash the WC and sink with suitable detergents
- Wipe off water on the shower floor and wash away any soap.
- Wood stove
- If possible, avoid using the fireplace and stove on the day of departure
If the stove has recently been used, leave the ashes
Check-out
- Turn off the main fuse in the electrical cabinet, send the electricity reading, photo, to the landlord.
- Close all doors and windows when leaving.
- The outer door must be locked.
- Place the key in the key cabinet
Standard additional conditions beyond what is described in the cabin rules
a) The landlord provides the address and GPS coordinates for the cabin's location as well as the code for the key box for check-in.
b) The tenant is obliged to provide the full name, address, email, telephone number and social security number to the cabin owner after the booking has been completed.
c) The rental applies to short-term rental of a cabin with furnishings according to the agreed rental period with check-in and check-out times stated.
d) The rental price includes consumption of water/sewerage during the rental period.
e) The tenant covers damage to the building, furnishings, movables and other things caused by the tenant himself or damage caused by the tenant's household/guests.
f) The cabin is rented out as it is. If the tenant discovers defects that are due to the landlord having provided incorrect or missing information, the tenant is obliged to complain about the defect as soon as the defect is discovered so that the landlord has the opportunity to correct the defect.
Upon departure, the tenant must check the cabin to see if it has been cleaned, even if family or friends have stayed there.
The yard must be empty of trash, belongings, and outdoor furniture must be securely in place.
